My practice provides structured, evidence-based psychological therapies tailored for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, perinatal mental health, and complex life transitions.

I prioritise transparent and affordable care for clients all over Australia.

Consultations are ONLY accessible through secure and convenient telehealth.

Phone Consultations are available only on rare occasions.

I offer Psychological interventions/therapy in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, with bulk-billing options available under a GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan.

Payment Info

How can I pay?

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for your convenience.

Late Cancellation or no-show fees

If you fail to provide 24-hour notice for cancellations, you will be charged $50.00.

When is payment due?

Payment must be made within 7 days of the completed appointment.

Private funding/Full fees

Without a care plan, the private consultation fee is $160 per session.

You may wish to check with your private health insurance provider to see whether psychology services are covered under your plan.

After-hours sessions are charged at $180 per session.

Medicare Rebate

Bulk-billing can be arranged if you have a valid healthcare/concession card and a mental health care plan.

The gap fee/out-of-pocket fee will be $30.00 per session.

A concession gap fee of $10.00 per session will be considered after an assessment of your financial situation.

Please make sure your bank account has sufficient funds for the total amount calculated by adding the Medicare rebate and the gap fee.

Please note our practice boundaries: we do not accept referrals for active addiction, undereating disorders, current psychotic episode and crisis intervention.
